This role is essential to the successful implementation, maintenance, support and improvement of IS service delivery at ADIB in business information security management, IS awareness and training, IS services and BISO programs. Additionally, this role will assist the Head of Business Information Security Management in managing relationships between the Information Security Division and executive management stakeholders, other business functions, divisions, international branches and ADIB affiliates.
Individuals assigned to this role will work closely with the Head of Business Information Security Management to support the delivery of information security services, awareness and training and other related tasks aligned to ADIB’s information security strategy, policies and technology requirements. This includes coordinating security awareness programs, event management, engaging in team building activities and coordinating with business information security officers under the BISO program across the ADIB Group.
Assist the Head of Business Information Security Management in managing the relationship between the Information Security Department and Executive Management stakeholders, other business functions, divisions, international branches and ADIB affiliates.
Support the management of KRI’s / KPI’s to ensure service delivery and meet performance and business objectives
Acts as a liaison between the team, leadership and other key stakeholders
Assist the Head of Business Information Security Management in creating and maintaining internal incident communication plans and aeCert, execute and escalate data breach responses whenever necessary.
Assist in the evaluation of data protection exception requests and recommend appropriate action as needed.
Ensure information security standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
Responsible for managing the Information Security Services, BISO program to successfully implement, maintain, support and enhance IS services at ADIB.
Support BISOs network and program management across the Bank.
Responsible for collaborative activities within the Information Security department and with other business units of the Bank
Work with the senior management and leadership team of the Information Security Department to scope and prioritize information security services and awareness initiatives aligned with ADIB’s goals and objectives.
Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Communications, and other business departments to plan, organize, and coordinate security awareness raising and capacity building activities.
Communicate with relevant information security project stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Responsible for managing information security SLAs and OLAs.
Work closely with information security program/project stakeholders and managers to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, timelines and budgets for the project.
Establishing and coordinating the management of information security department portals.
Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change.
Security+ and/or CISSP is a plus
Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and techniques.
Project management knowledge required.
Proven track record in successful coordination of work and projects in technology or security
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science.
Exposure to various collaboration tools and methodologies and best practices.
10 – 15 years of experience in providing and managing information and cyber security services.
Ability to prepare and interpret presentations, flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
